How long does coaching last?

  As long or as short as necessary. Your coaching relationship may last as little as a single session, a month, three months or a lifetime. After all, successful people are always opening new doors and embracing new challenges.

   Even the most successful achievers in the world need to recharge and refocus from time to time. That's one of the roles Brian plays as your behavior coach and strategist.

  Telephone coaching generally takes place in 30 to 60 minute increments. Generally, you'll also have access to Brian when you have questions or need recommendations, or need Brian to review documents, presentations, business collateral, policies and etc.

What about onsite or team coaching?

  Onsite organizational coaching sessions may vary from 1/2 a day to full day or multi-day interventions. Brian also coaches you and your team by email, teleconferencing, mail and by phone.

It all comes down to your needs and the amount of direct coaching, mentoring and counseling that you or your staff requires.

He offers three coaching levels.

Option 1: is coaching on a session-by-session basis.

  If you prefer to have access to Brian on an as-needed basis, his fee is $400 per session. That means whenever you need support, you pick up the phone or email Brian and when we're done with the conversation, your credit card will be charged $400 for the session. The length of the session is immaterial. It's about the outcome, not the length of the conversation. During those calls or emails, Brian:

  • Talks with you about your goals
  • Puts you into a mindset of success and optimism
  • Eradicates negative feelings and redirect your thinking towards positive potentials
  • Listens to your challenges and brainstorm potential solutions
  • Answer your questions
  • Develops specific systems, action plans and strategies for dealing with specific tasks or situations.

Option 2: is coaching on monthly basis.

  You get access Brian's expertise and coaching services around the clock, all month long. You get all the support you receive in a single encounter, only you get 30-days worth. This is especially ideal for longer-term projects, transitions, more stubborn workplace challenges.

  Above all, the monthly option gives you the peace of mind of having round the clock support whenever you need it, without the worry of only calling at "best" time. To reserve Brian's coaching expertise on a monthly basis, you pay just $12,000 per month.

  At this level you get unlimited access to Brian via phone or email, ANYTIME you have a question or need to talk.

Option 3: is onsite coaching in three-month intervals.

  Brian comes to you or your organization and coaches your team, staff, department -- whichever level(s) need to see higher retention, moral, innovation and productivity.

  At this level, Brian is also willing to look at your business plans, your strategies, your marketing collateral, to spend more time with you -- helping you to reach tangible outcomes.

After the initial onsite work, which may include training, retreats, system and policy evaluations, assessments and other tools of my trade, you and the people involved in the behavioral improvement will have unlimited access to Brian via telephone, email, one-on-ones to see the action plans through.

This is full-immersion coaching, and is quoted on per-project, per quarter basis. Once Brian has the opportunity to find out what you want to accomplish, he'll be able to quote you an all-inclusive project fee.
