Management & Executive Coaching

Why would you want to hire me to coach you?

As a manager or executive you deal with a lot of crap on a regular basis. You have a lot on your plate with decisions to make, goals and projects to complete and financials you're responsible for achieving. Your employees rely on you. Your employers rely on you.

And while you might be earning a good income, the stress and uncertainties that come managing can take their toll. On your morale. On your health. On your relationships at home. On your ability to do everything that's expected of you.

As your coach, I can give you the support you need to work through the challenges you're facing and to grow in your role. Unlike consulting, where I come in and give you answers, coaching creates a framework where I can help you (or your management team) make your own decisions and help you come to your own conclusions.

Instead of being on-site, we'll talk by phone (conference calls for larger coaching groups), and communicate by email and/or instant chat at regular intervals and work on whatever area you need to address as the moment.

If you or any of your managers or executive team are facing any of the following challenges then hiring me as your coaching might be right for you
