As a performance and positivity consultant, Brian Norris works with your managers, directors and team leads to identifies ways to develop and maintain an optimal work environment. He looks for practical uses of your current resources to create a more positive, productive and profitable workplace.

Brian consults with your key employees, team leads, workstream managers and executives to see what can be done to create a workplace where employees are motivated, responsible, and focused on doing their jobs so that customers are constantly created and retained.
Brian brings several tools and approaches to the table. Although methodologies are nice, what really matters most is the value that Brian's expertise has on your company's bottom line. Think of the time and dollar value of:
- projects that are completed on time
- top employees who stay rather than leave
- teams that are self-sufficient
- departments devoid of the backstabbing or sabotage that can cripple your effectiveness
- customers who come back and bring more business
- marketing and sales campaigns that succeed
- employee submitted ideas and process improvements that save or make you money
Morale and positivity aren't some feel-good, pie-in-the-sky concepts. As you can see, the results of Brian's approaches are measurable.
It's not just customer satisfaction that's affected by motivated employees. High morale and positivity also translate directly into EEOC compliancy, theft reduction, employee retention, lower training costs, ADA and OSHA compliancy, improved performance and productivity, fewer claims against health insurance and lower absenteeism.
You also get better relationships and fewer grievances from other parties like unions, litigators, inspectors, the media, customers and the community at-large.
Ultimately, a motivated workforce and a workplace built around high morale and positivity translates into millions of dollars in potential savings and revenue increases!
Blended with Brian's expertise, research and insight, the approaches he uses may include a combination of:

But, again, what matters MOST is the outcome these approaches create and the problems they resolve.
Sometimes, the worst offenders are the things you aren't trained to measure.
Lack of risk taking. Failure to leave egos, baggage and dysfunctions at the door. Lack of communication, people or assertiveness skills. Employees, managers and teams who sabotage their own projects and self-destruct. Fear of failure and ridicule. Lack of vision or personal accountability.
These offenders permeate workplaces across the world. Left unattended, they speed up your company's march towards extinction. Fortunately, Brian Norris has the experience to identify, measure and attack the root causes of these silent killers.
Brian helps you to get measurable, WIIFM results that also translate into more individual and team recognition, greater autonomy, the ability to push through your agendas more easily, and job security.

How does Brian price his fees.
Brian prefers to price by the project! Each project is generally quoted a single fee rather than hourly. A flat fee gives you access to Brian's knowledge and recommendations whenever you need it.
In cases where hourly fees are just the way your organization operates, Brian will quote you an hourly fee once he has learned about the scope and duration of the project.
The project quote will be based on your company's needs and the value Brian's experience brings to your company. To know what those needs are you'll want to connect with Brian for an initial conversation.
Once you and Brian have connected and determined your objectives and how success will be measured, Brian will be able to give you a project fee. Monthly retainers are also available.
